Your Voice, Your Story: Storytelling as Healing, Power, and Purpose

This course is for survivors, caregivers, and changemakers who are ready to reclaim their voice and use their lived experience with intention. Whether you are healing privately or preparing to speak publicly, this space meets you where you are.

This course is rooted in lived experience, not theory. It is built from years of storytelling, advocacy, teaching, and navigating systems after personal loss and caregiving. You are not being taught performance. You are being guided through clarity, boundaries, and ethical storytelling.

You will learn how to shape your story with strength and integrity. Through guided lessons, reflective prompts, and structured frameworks, you will gain tools to decide what to share, how to frame it, and how to protect yourself while creating impact.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

• Identify the core values that anchor your story

• Distinguish between healing expression and public advocacy

• Set storytelling boundaries that protect your emotional safety

• Frame lived experience into purposeful narratives

• Speak with clarity without self-exposure
