Centre for Learning and Teaching
The Centre for Learning and Teaching builds institutional capacity through education, leadership, and community engagement. Through conferences, workshops, youth programming, and professional learning initiatives, we equip individuals and institutions to respond to gender-based violence with knowledge, responsibility, and action.
Who We Are
The Centre for Learning and Teaching operates as the educational division of the Sahra Bulle Foundation. Our work equips institutions, educators, frontline workers, and leadership teams with the knowledge, tools, and accountability frameworks required to respond effectively to gender-based violence, caregiving realities, and community harm.
We do not offer one-off inspiration. We design structured, research-informed programming that strengthens policy, practice, and long-term outcomes.
Through education, storytelling, and professional learning, we support institutions in building the capacity needed to create safer and more accountable communities

Partnership & Institutional Engagement
St. Clair College
The Sahra Bulle Foundation partnered with St. Clair College to deliver a three-day training for Millwright students focused on gender-based violence literacy, community responsibility, and bystander awareness. The training engaged students in critical conversations about accountability, respect, and the role individuals play in preventing harm within workplaces and communities. Through structured discussion and applied learning, the program encouraged students to examine how technical professions can contribute to safer and more responsible environments.
“Participants felt empowered by the knowledge shared.”— St. Clair College
We collaborate with school boards, post-secondary institutions, community agencies, and leadership teams to design and deliver structured training initiatives aligned with institutional mandates and strategic priorities.
Our programs integrate into professional development cycles, policy reform processes, and leadership development frameworks. We partner with institutions not as external speakers, but as capacity-building collaborators committed to measurable systems change.
University of Windsor
The Sahra Bulle Foundation collaborates with the Office of the Vice-President, People, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Windsor to host the annual #IamSahraBulle Conference, bringing together educators, students, and community leaders to address gender-based violence and community accountability.
“The conference brought together powerful voices and perspectives. It helped bridge research, lived experience, and community action in a meaningful way.”

How We Work With Institutions
We collaborate with school boards, post-secondary institutions, community agencies, and leadership teams to design and deliver structured training initiatives aligned with institutional mandates and strategic priorities. Our programs integrate into professional development cycles, policy reform processes, and leadership development frameworks. We partner with institutions not as external speakers, but as capacity-building collaborators committed to measurable systems change.
Consultation & Needs Assessment
We begin with structured consultations to understand your institutional mandate, strategic priorities, and existing policies. This phase includes identifying service gaps, leadership goals, and areas requiring strengthened response frameworks. Clear objectives are established before program design begins.
Structured Delivery
Training is delivered through facilitated workshops, certificate-level learning, leadership sessions, or multi-session professional development series. Sessions are structured, research-informed, and designed for active institutional engagement rather than passive attendance.
Co-Design & Customization
All programming is tailored in collaboration with institutional leadership. We adapt content to reflect your policy environment, professional standards, and community context. This ensures relevance, alignment, and practical application across departments.
Policy & Practice Integration
Programming extends beyond training sessions. We support institutions in strengthening internal policies, reporting protocols, and practice standards to ensure learning translates into operational change. The focus is long-term integration, not one-time events.
Evaluation & Ongoing Support
We establish measurable outcomes and provide evaluation tools to assess impact. Post-program consultation and follow-up options ensure institutions can sustain and refine implementation over time. Institutional change is tracked, not assumed.
Impact & Accountability
Measurable Outcomes
We establish clear learning objectives, evaluation tools, and post-program assessment methods to ensure that institutional change is not assumed but demonstrated.
Policy & Practice Integration
Our programming is designed to strengthen internal policies, reporting procedures, and professional standards within schools, agencies, and community institutions.
