About the Podcast

Why This Podcast Exists

Gender-based violence thrives in silence. Every unspoken story, every question we're afraid to ask, every truth we bury — silence gives harm room to grow. This podcast exists to break that silence, one honest conversation at a time. Because silence is not protection.

Season 3: Eight Minutes to Silence

Season 3 weaves two threads across twenty episodes: a ten-part narrative arc following the trial of a case that mirrors far too many, and ten in-depth conversations with survivors, advocates, and experts featured at the #IAmSahraBulle Conference. New episodes air every Wednesday from July 22 through December 2, 2026.

In Memory of Sahra

The Sahra Bulle Foundation exists because Sahra should still be here. This podcast — and every workshop, conference, and program the Foundation delivers — carries her name forward. We name her because she deserved to be named. We tell these stories because silence took too much from too many.

Every Episode Is Free. Every Story Matters.

This podcast is one part of a larger mission — the work of the Sahra Bulle Foundation to end gender-based violence through education, storytelling, and community. Your support makes every episode, every workshop, and every conversation possible.

Every Story Told Is a Silence Broken.

"Silence is not protection."

Thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for refusing to look away. Together, we're building the future Sahra deserved — one honest conversation at a time.
